I already have a membership. Why is the app prompting me to buy another?

With a monthly membership or annual Shipt Everyday membership, you receive free delivery for orders over $35! For these memberships, orders less than $35 will have a flat $7 delivery fee added to your total to help with the picking, packaging, and processing of your order.
In areas where alcohol* delivery is available, a $7 delivery fee may be applied to alcohol orders from select retailers.
If you do not have a membership, but use Shipt Passes instead, the Shipt Pass covers your delivery fee, no matter your order total.
*You must be 21+ and have a valid ID to order or receive alcohol.
Once you are approved, you will receive an invitation to join our Shipt Shopper Hub, which has lots of helpful information about getting started!
