What if I’m having trouble placing my online order with my SNAP EBT card?

If you don’t see SNAP EBT as a payment option, first ensure that your Shipt app is up to date. If you are still having trouble using your SNAP EBT card, please contact our support team via: 

  • Live Chat on our webpage or via the Help section in the app. 
  • Email us at support@shipt.com
  • Call us at (205) 502-2500

Keep in mind that Shipt only offers SNAP EBT with Meijer in select states at this time. If SNAP EBT is not available in your area, be sure to check back in later as we will be expanding participation to more retailers in the future.
