  • No, there is no order minimum to place an order. However, Shipt customers who place an order for less than $35 will be charged a $7 fee. 

    
    Shipt customers who don’t have a membership may be charged additional delivery or service fees at checkout.

• Can I pay the delivery fee with my SNAP EBT card?

  • No, delivery fees and other associated fees cannot be paid for with SNAP benefits. Only state-mandated bottle deposit fees can be paid with your SNAP benefits. All other fees will be charged to your secondary payment method.

• What if I’m having trouble placing my online order with my SNAP EBT card?

  • If you don’t see SNAP EBT as a payment option, first ensure that your Shipt app is up to date. If you are still having trouble using your SNAP EBT card, please contact our support team via:

    Keep in mind that Shipt only offers SNAP EBT with Meijer in select states at this time. If SNAP EBT is not available in your area, be sure to check back in later as we will be expanding participation to more retailers in the future.

• If SNAP EBT-eligible items are unavailable or I decide to cancel my order, can I get a refund on my EBT card?

  • Any canceled items initially paid for with an EBT card will be refunded to the EBT card. You’ll receive an email with the amount refunded to your EBT card and your new SNAP EBT balance.  
    
    Please note that Shipt cannot provide refunds by cash, credit card, or Shipt credits for items purchased with an EBT card.
