No, a Shipt membership is not required to shop with your SNAP EBT card. However, you will need a Shipt account to place an order. You would also need a second form of payment for any delivery fees, service fees, tips, etc. One benefit of purchasing a membership is $0 delivery fees on orders of $35 or more.
