Digital coupons may be offered through all retailers on Shipt, which you can apply to your order with just one click. They are exclusive e-commerce savings that may not reflect in-store deals, and vice versa.
A red box with dotted lines will display the coupon amount if an item is eligible for a coupon. This box will show in the cart as well.
Once the coupon is clicked, you will select Add to cart on the coupon popup. When a coupon's requirements are completely satisfied, it will show "-$__ applied at checkout."
Example: "-$2.00 applied at checkout"
There will also be a "Coupons" line on the Checkout screen.
Your delivery fee will be calculated before coupons are applied, so the full price of items will count toward the $35 free delivery minimum.
Coupons don’t affect shopper pay – they’re just another way to get more savings with Shipt.
Select Account in the top right corner of your app. Directly underneath your account information, you will see your Available Credit listed.
Alternatively, add the items you’d like to order to your cart and proceed to checkout. At the end of checkout, you will see your credit balance listed in green as Shipt Credit Applied, and the dollar amount will automatically deduct from your total.
A Shipt credit is an in-app balance that will automatically be deducted from the next order you place with Shipt.
You will see this at checkout as Shipt Credit Applied in the breakdown of charges for your order or in your Order History under the Payment Summary.
You may also see your current balance at any time by viewing your Account. Through the website, your credit will be visible under your Profile beneath your personal information. To view your credits in your app, select Account and your credit balance will be visible at the top under Credit.
Due to legal restrictions, Shipt credits cannot be applied toward the purchase of alcohol.
Pre-tipping is an efficient way to order and tip at the same time while preventing additional steps after delivery to tip your shopper. This ensures your shopper gets their tip as soon as the order is completed!
If you would like to skip the pre-tip option, you're welcome to tip after the order is delivered. As always, tipping is optional and your shopper receives 100% of the tip you provide.
